The services of 2+1 were designed in such a way so as to provide the highest level of security and comfort to foreigners living and conducting their business activities in Poland. As part of the services of 2+1 we provide economic advisory services in Polish and English.
The following activities may be the subject of advisory services:
- drawing up of a register of operational contracts and updates to it
- verification and evaluation of drafts of contracts signed by the Orderer with other entities in relation to their compliance with tax regulations and security against trade and contractual risks
- creation and update of financial forecasts based on trade agreements signed by the Orderer
- inspection of deadlines of invoicing of works according to the conditions of the signed contracts
- calculation of costs of activities according to rules determined by the Orderer
- periodic reporting of the financial results of the Orderer based on accounting data in the form and periods agreed upon with the Orderer
- creation and update of operational procedures aiming to upgrade company organisation
- creation of forms and drafts of internal documents of the Orderer
- designing and running the process of budgeting of the activities at the Orderer's company
- execution of financial analyses in the scope and periods agreed upon each time with the Orderer
