We suggest not only a traditional method of operation of an accounting agency. Using professional specialists and the most modern computer-aided solutions, we offer our Clients much more. Each of our Clients receives a user name and password to access their financial settlements and documents contained within 2+1online 24 hours a day. Important information is also delivered to our Clients by means of short text messages. In addition, each Client has a Caretaker who is responsible for their affairs, whom they can contact both using the contact hotline as well as via the Internet.

The way we work:

  • The Client delivers the necessary documents and details required for the remuneration settlement issues until the last business day of the month.
  • Based on the data received, we draw up a payroll, a work time record, PIT-4 statements and social security statements. Prepared are also bank transfers related to the payment of premiums and PIT-4 amounts.
  • Within five business days from the end of the month, the Client delivers to the offices of 2+1 source documents (invoices, bills). The documents may be sent by post, delivery service, delivered personally or as scans per electronic mail. Our employees may also pick them up at your offices.
  • At the latest within ten business days from the receipt of documents, all data related to the financial result and the financial obligations with regard to the tax authority and the social security institution is made available in the 2+1online service. Also provided are bank transfer forms in PDF format.
  • At the appropriate time, the agency submits all required statements and declarations, signing them in own name based on an authorisation issued by the Client at the time of signing of the Contract.
  • Upon conclusion of the settlement of the month, the agency archives the documents and transfers these to the Client upon settlement of the month or after closure of the year.
  • In case of a summons regarding i. e. clarification of the submitted statements or any inspection investigations pertaining to the documentation, the agency acts in name of the Client based on the issued authorisation.
